I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Mr Thomas, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was amazing. They were quick to respond and very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the bathroom, was impressive. And the location couldn't be better, right next to the train station and with easy access to the city center. Plus, the price was just right, perfect for those on a budget.

I recently stayed at Prince Alfred for my friend's 60th birthday celebration. Despite the initial disappointment with the littered outside area, the hotel itself was well-maintained and clean. Ann, the staff member who took care of the property, was lovely and ensured everything was in order. The room was great, with excellent soundproofing that kept the street noise at bay. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the location, just minutes from the train station, was convenient. Anne, the hotel staff, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We will definitely choose Prince Alfred again when in the area.
